  • Supervise the Product team to develop women centric products (Savings, loans, deposit schemes, cards, etc.) & value propositions to meet the needs of the industry.
  • Supervise the Business Development team for signing up new merchants for City Alo Customers.
  • Generating referrals and contributing in the overall business target for the City Alo segment
  • Ensuring overall business targets are met for City Alo through various channels – Branch Banking, Employee Banking, Citygem, Agent Banking, Sales Team, Cards, etc.
  • Arrange branch visits and networking events to various regions of the country
  • Ensure business growth through new account acquisitions via digital campaigns
  • An ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of relevant experience with minimum 4 years graduation
